We've heard that alot of the users are in the dark about corporation rules, so we've decided to create this article for those users.
Normal Worker Rules
- You are not allowed to hit in your corporation room while onduty. (Termination)
- You are not allowed to hit in your corporation room while offduty. (Suspension: +15 minutes each offence)
- You may not be biased when distributing your services, you must assist everyone and anyone in need. (Termination)
- You may not excessively push and pull your co-workers. (Suspension: +5 minutes each offence)
- You are not allowed to be rude to the customers. (Suspension: +5 minutes each offence)
- You may not go away from keyboard (AFK) while working. (Suspension: +10 minutes each offence)
- You may not go inactive for more than 70 hours. (Termination)
Breaking these rules may result in a suspension or termination depending on it's severity.
Supervisor Rules
Supervisors must follow all of the above rules.
- You may not show favoritism to a worker breaking rules. (Demotion)
- You may not abuse your given commands. (Termination)
- Once a worker has exceded their maximum offences (after a 30 minute sendhome) and they continue, they are to be fired.
Breaking these rules may result in a suspension or termination depending on it's severity.
Manager Rules
Managers must follow all of the above rules.
- You may not promote a worker to supervisor (or any rank) if they do not have the alloted minutes. (Termination)
- You may not demote or fire a worker without an appropriate reason. (Termination)
- You may not refuse to hire a worker due to race, gender, ethnicity or anything of that matter. (Termination)
- You may not implement new rules without having the approval of Jerry-Sumra, Sumo-Parker, or Hardy-Nexus.
Breaking these rules may result in a suspension or termination depending on it's severity.
