We've heard that a lot of the users are in the dark about the RP guidelines/rules, so we've decided to create this article for those users. The rules are subject to change at any time.


Rule	Warning	Action
Advertising or intentionally mentioning another hotels name.	No warning to be issued.	Permanent user ban, IP ban and machine ban.
Abusing the Call For Help (CFH) system consistently.	Minimum of 1 warning.	Minimum 1 hour ban. Maximum 3 hour ban.
Attempting to or scamming a user of their virtual possessions.	No warning to be issued.	Permanent user ban.
Giving out any form of personal info, social media and/or exposing pictures of another user without permission.	No warning to be issued.	Permanent user ban, IP ban and machine ban.
Creating or having an extremely offensive username and/or having a username that doesn't follow our 'Roleplay Usernames' policy on the RP.	A warning to give them 2 minutes to come up with a new username.	Non-VIP members: Forced username change into an appropriate one. VIP members: Forced username change into an appropriate one and all diamonds taken away.
Attempting to or successfully chargebacking/disputing/refunding any RP paid items.	No warning to be issued.	Permanent user ban, IP ban and machine ban.
Continuously disrupting the RP by flooding the room or with the use of action buttons.	Minimum of 1 warning.	Minimum 10 minute mute or 30 minute ban. Maximum 24 hour mute or 3 day ban.
Attempting to or successfully abusing a bug and or glitch or spreading glitches on the RP.	No warning to be issued.	Minimum 30 minute ban. Maximum 30 day ban.
Attempting, threatening or successfully scripting on the RP.	No warning to be issued.	Permanent user ban, IP ban and machine ban.
Creating or using clones to gain an advantage of boosting your statistics.	Minimum of 1 warning.	Permanent clone user ban, user statistic wipe.
Threatening to, attempt to, or successfully hacking into a citizen's account.	No warning to be issued.	Permanent user ban, IP ban and machine ban.
Selling your HoloRP account for anything.	Minimum of 1 warning.	Permanent user ban.
