Attention to all sandbox and builder users

Sandbox - On November 19th, we shall begin on decorating HoloRP's city into a Christmas themed city. It must be finished before the end of the first week of December.

Builder - On November 12th, we shall continue on building the new city. Some rooms needs re-building, so any ideas for the room will be noted in the changelog.
